Carmen's is a family owned company located in Columbus, Ohio. We first opened our doors for business in 1970 as a small vacuum sales and service shop. In the last 44 years we have grown to 4 local retail stores and a distribution warehouse that supports our busy Janitorial & Sanitation, Business to Business, Retail and eCommerce operations.  In addition, Carmen's is the largest distributor of ProTeam products in North America.
While we have grown our values remain the same. We will provide you with a great customer service experience and our knowledgeable staff are here to help you with your questions and to help you find the right solution for your unique needs.

We offer free standard shipping to the continental 48 states for all orders over $49.99. Below that will be a flat rate of $7.99.

Alaska and Hawaii do not ship free and your actual shipping amount will show in your shopping cart.

We will ship all orders the same business day if we receive the order by 12:00 PM EST. All orders will ship via FedEx Ground unless specified otherwise.

Your delivery time will vary from 1-7+ days depending on your location. All orders, unless specified otherwise, will ship from Columbus, Ohio. While we make every effort to stock items in our warehouse, there may be times we will ship directly from ProTeam. In these situations the handling time for your order will be 3-4 days. We will communicate with you if your order is being shipped directly from ProTeam. In some cases this may not effect your actual total shipping time.

Any item marked as 'Special Order' may take up to 2 weeks to ship. We will communicate with you throughout this time.

We have a 30 - Day Return Policy. You have 30 days to return your item. You must contact us first to authorize your return and receive a RMA number. You will be responsible for paying return shipping. Items marked special order are not stocked in our warehouse and are non returnable.

Item must be in original box with all packing materials and must contain the item and all accessories & manuals. The item must be unused and in perfect condition. If that criteria is met we will issue a full refund.

However, if any of the above criteria is not met will will deduct 15% from your refund. Please note that there will be an additional charge for any missing parts, damage or wear.
