Limited Availability of Products

We are experiencing severe stock shortages because of limited availability of products due supply chain issues. This is an ongoing issue that we are trying to navigate and are working closely with our partners to ensure we acquire as much supply as we are able.

Considering this, we have just implemented a new tool that allows you to request an email when an item that you were looking for comes back in stock. These requests are put in a queue, and you will be notified of restock in the order that the requests were received. This is the first step of several that we are looking into implementing in the future. We have avoided an actual queue system or a pre-purchase system because of the ever-changing ETAs from date of manufacture to the eventual journey to our warehouses. These other options may be implemented when our ETAs become more predictable.
