Shipping policy

Free shipping on orders $49.99+ (continental 48 states)

We ship most in-stock orders the same day, Monday through Friday. Orders ship via FedEx Ground from our Columbus, Ohio warehouse unless we tell you otherwise.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $49.99 to addresses in the continental 48 states. Orders under $49.99 have a flat $7.99 shipping charge.

Alaska and Hawaii

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is paid; shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Some oversized items may not be eligible for shipment to all areas of AK and HI.

Battery-powered backpack and upright vacuum models, and lithium-ion batteries on their own, cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii. The U.S. Department of Transportation classifies them as Class 9 hazardous materials, and air freight to AK and HI isn't permitted under federal regulations. If you place an order for one of these items with an AK or HI shipping address, we'll cancel the order and email you to explain.

Special-order items

Some items aren't part of our regular stock and are ordered specifically for you. These can take 1 to 2 weeks to ship. Special-order items are marked on the product page with a "Special Order" icon. Special-order items are also non-returnable — see our Refund Policy.

Items shipped directly from manufacturer or third parties

A small number of items ship directly from the manufacturer or a third-party warehouse rather than from us. These items take 3 to 4 days of additional handling time before they ship. If your order includes one of these, we'll email you to confirm.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within two business days of placing an order during our business hours, contact us at help@pro-team-store.com or (800) 886-8227 — sometimes our automated emails get filtered as spam.
