This Privacy Policy explains how Carmen's Distribution Systems, Inc. ("we," "us," "our") — operating the storefront known as The ProTeam Store at pro-team-store.com (the "Site") — collects, uses, and shares personal information about you when you visit, purchase from, or otherwise interact with the Site. What personal information we collect

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Email marketing

If you sign up for our email list, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by emailing help@pro-team-store.com. Transactional emails (such as order confirmations and shipping notifications) will continue regardless of marketing preferences, since you need them to complete your purchase.

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide our products and services, comply with our legal obligations (including tax and accounting record retention), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.
